VideoSAK is committed to providing an exceptional AI video generation experience. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly agree that it will automatically renew at the frequency specified at the time of purchase (monthly or yearly) at the then-prevailing rate charged to your payment method.
To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date via the "Subscription Management" section in your account settings, or by emailing support@videosak.com.
After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused days.
2. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case promptly.
To help you evaluate the service before committing, we provide free credits for new users.
3. One-Time Credit Packages
Credits are delivered immediately upon purchase and are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply in the following cases:
- Request made within 24 hours of purchase with no credits used
- Duplicate charges or multiple payments for the same order
4. Failed Video Generation
If a video generation task fails due to an AI processing error, the consumed credits will be automatically refunded to your account — no request needed. You can view failed records on the "My Creations" page.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, please email support@videosak.com with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Purchase date and amount
- Order number
- Reason for the refund request and any relevant screenshots
We will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits have been fully used
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated video quality (AI generation has inherent variability)
- Account suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Purchase made more than 30 days ago
- Refund request determined to be fraudulent or abusive
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a refund dispute, we will conduct a thorough review of transaction data and service usage logs, and may request additional information from you. VideoSAK will determine the final resolution based on the evidence provided.
If a refund claim is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and may seek recovery of any administrative or legal costs incurred.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page — we recommend checking periodically for the latest version.
